These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made via zenvox.nl and are governed by Dutch law and EU e-commerce regulations.

Orders: By placing an order you confirm you are aged 18 or over and that the information provided is accurate. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud.

Pricing: All prices are in Euros and include applicable VAT. We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

Payment: We accept iDEAL, Klarna, Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Bancontact. Payment is processed at the time of order.

Shipping: We ship within The Netherlands and Belgium. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

Returns & Refunds: Under EU consumer law you have 14 days from receipt to return your product without giving a reason (cooling-off period). The product must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is faulty. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return.

Warranty: Zenvox products come with a manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Damage caused by misuse is not covered.

Liability: Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product ordered. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Disputes: Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Dutch courts. EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.
